I use MyFitnessPal.com - it helps me keep track of my calories, what calories I burn during exercise, how much protein I get... all kinds of good crap. :)
I use Spark People.com it is free and not only can you log your food and keep track of every nutrient and exercise there it has a wealth of recipes and articles and there are blogs as well. It has helped me over the years to be there. Congratulations on your upcoming banding!

ReplyDeleteI used my fitness pal and also the livestrong. But now I have an ap on my iPad and I love it!
