Food Tracking...Questions.

Ok so I start my pre op diet next week, I bougt a little note book to track my food intake.

But I was wondering if anyone else had any tips or websites I can check out.

What works for you?

  1. I use MyFitnessPal.com - it helps me keep track of my calories, what calories I burn during exercise, how much protein I get... all kinds of good crap. :)

  2. I used to use CalorieCount.com but now I use MyFitnessPal.com. It is easy to use.

  3. I use the "my plate" feature on Livestrong.com

  4. I used my fitness pal and also the livestrong. But now I have an ap on my iPad and I love it!

  5. I use Spark People.com it is free and not only can you log your food and keep track of every nutrient and exercise there it has a wealth of recipes and articles and there are blogs as well. It has helped me over the years to be there. Congratulations on your upcoming banding!
