Blah...

Why is it then when I have had a shitty day all I want to do is eat?

It is taking every once of my being to not stuff my face with a shit load of ice cream...

One glass of wine is all I am allowed...

  3. Opt for a fruit that you really like instead of the ice cream and try to take your mind off the shitty day by watching a great comedy movie.

    I did the above yesterday. Ate some pineapple with salt while watching 'The change up' (starring Ryan Reynolds and Jason Bateman). Felt satisfied with the fruit and the movie distracted from wanting to eat more as I was laughing too hard.

  4. Stay away from the ice cream, believe me, it does no good :p and after it, you then have to undo all the bad eating with lots and lots of exercise!
