Goals!!

So I have been slacking for the past few weeks... so I decided to set  some goals for myself for the next 30 days

I am going to log my food intake every day for the next 30 days.

I am going to work out at least 3 times a week for the next 30 days.

I am going to loose at least 10 lbs in the next 30 days.

So there ya have it... its in black and white and I plan to stick with it.
