Can not believe it has been 5 months already. Where has all the time gone.
I am not currently happy with my STATS. As my scale broke last week and I had to get a new one. It showed a gain of about 4 lbs. So therefore I did not meet all the goals I set for myself last month. I did however meet the goal of tracking my food intake.
I am considering doing the pouch test to get back to the basics. As I am not able to work out at the moment due to the neck injury from the car accident. Maybe during this time I will just walk.
So as of month 5 I am down 32.8 lbs...
My goals for this month is to loose at least 7 lbs.
Continue tracking my food intake every day.
Get some kind of exercise in at least 3 times per week.
Time does fly when you are having fun :o) and if you are getting off track, the pouch test can help, good luck!
